Please take a look through the different services I offer below, and keep in mind that ALL of my services are very detailed and tailored to suit you! On that note, please treat the below info as a guide only, as given that my services are so personalised and unique, I won’t be able to provide a tailored quote until we catch up to see if we vibe, and have a good chat about your day (and throw around some AWESOME ideas, of course!) 🥳

The Ultimate Celebration (Celebrant Service)

This service isn't for the 'feint hearted', as it includes EVERYTHING we need (and about 20+ hours of TLC) to make your day 'THE BEST' as opposed to 'just another'. Once you lock it in, sit back and relax as I’ll take it from there…

BEFORE THE DAY: I’ll make sure the legal stuff is taken care of, and send you some great ideas via email (including a handy ‘Vow Writing Guide.) Then, at about 10-6 weeks from your day, we’ll catch up for our ‘Celebration Catch Up’ where we’ll plan and discuss absolutely EVERYTHING!! And by the way, this catch-up is SUPER collaborative, so we’ll discuss heaps of great ideas and create a personal ceremony that you will absolutely LOVE (rather than survive)! We’ll also discuss and book in the rehearsal, which I’ll hold before the big day.

ON THE DAY: I’ll be there from an hour before the ceremony (or 2, if you’ve booked additional services) to set up, play some tunes, make sure everything is in the right spot, and have a quick chat with your other vendors so that everyone is on the same page (and so that the ceremony runs as smooth as.) And by the way, EVERYTHING will be prepared and provided on the day by yours truly: your vows printed, all music downloaded (WiFi can never be trusted), and my good sound equipment set up and ready to roll.

All you’ll need to do is rock up and enjoy YOUR BEST moment yet, as we kick off a celebration that is as unique and as memorable as you! By the end of the ceremony, the vibe will be high, so I’ll hang around for about 30 mins to play some tunes (to squash any ‘post-ceremony awkward silence’) and then say my goodbyes when you two head off for photos.

AFTER THE DAY: I don’t simply ‘smoke bomb outta there’ as there will still be some things to take care of. I’ll double-check, prepare and lodge all the legal paperwork, and send you a handy email with some info on ‘how to change your name after marriage’ (if that’s your thang). But as always, if you get stuck, please just give me a call!

PLUS: Some bonus (and pretty damn handy) little inclusions along the way (all will be revealed 🎩🐰)

The OTT MC

Have Josh keep your guests entertained AND your night on track, with this handy 'entertainment-logistics combo'. This service isn't just an 'MC Service' as it includes 'MC' and 'On The Day Coordinator' features (so that you can chat and mingle more, and stress a little less):

BEFORE YOUR DAY: At about 8 weeks from your day, we’ll catch up to discuss and plan the ENTIRE reception (timings, logistics, speeches, etc) and create a detailed run sheet, which you can share with your other vendors if you wish. Then, I’ll liaise with your vendors in the lead-up to confirm any final details as required, and double-check the run sheet with you before the day. Then, you’re OFFICIALLY off the clock, as this guy has got you!

ON THE DAY: I’ll be there about an hour before the reception officially kicks off to touch base with your other vendors, and prepare the space for the arrival of your guests. Then I’ll guide you and your guests throughout the event, in a fun and light (yet organised) way, and liaise with your vendors so that the entire reception runs like a well-oiled machine (problem-solving and little details are my jam). Then, when you hit ‘party time’, I’ll say my goodbyes and leave you to live your best d floor lives! 🕺

The MC Helper

Do you have an MC in mind but want them to feel more like a guest and less like a vendor? Well then this handy MC Helper service may be what you’re looking for. I’ll keep the event on track and ensure that your MC works smart (not hard).

THE LOGISTICAL (JOSH) STUFF: At about 8 weeks from your day, we’ll catch up to discuss and plan the ENTIRE reception, complete with a detailed run sheet, of course. We’ll also create a separate ‘MC Runsheet’ which your MC can personalise as they wish. (And by the way, your MC is more than welcome to join us for this catch up.)

ON THE DAY: I’ll arrive early to prepare the reception space and have a quick chat with the MC during the ‘cocktail hour.’ And once we jump into the reception, I’ll collaborate with your other vendors, and simply prompt your MC before each formality, to ensure that the entire event runs as smooth as (and so that your MC isn’t watching the clock!)

THE MC STUFF: Your MC will have my support in the lead-up to the day and on the day itself. If they need, we can catch up via Zoom to have a chat about the event OR they can flick me an email at any time. And on the day itself, I’ll simply prompt them as needed, so that they can ‘party more’ and ‘vendor less’!

The DJ (aka ‘DJ Nipslip’)

Let the music play and keep the good vibes rolling from the end of the ceremony to the end of the reception with this 100% personalised DJ experience:

BEFORE YOUR DAY: We’ll catch up to discuss and plan the entire reception, from a music perspective (speech intros, background tunes, party time tunes, timings, cues etc). And by the way, this planning experience will be VERY collaborative and inclusive, as it’s a wedding (not a nightclub) after all!

ON THE DAY: I’ll arrive early to set everything up before the ceremony (to avoid that awkward 'post-ceremony silence'). Which by the way, includes a separate setup to the ceremony: a high-quality Yamaha speaker system (that’s a little overkill in terms of sound quality and volume), a wireless mic (or two, if you have two MCs), a good quality lighting set up, and a minimalistic DJ booth.

Before the reception kicks off, I’ll also have a quick chat with your MC(s) so that we work as the ultimate team! Throughout the reception, I’ll play some good background tunes, as well as all the tracks you’ve chosen for the formalities before we finally hit the d floor! And once we do, I’ll play the songs you want to hear (and not the songs that you don’t) to keep your guests dancing.

And by the way, I absolutely LOVE it when guests request music (subject to a quick ‘DJ vibe check’ of course 😬)
